I'm doing a calc that involves knowing the area of a sea. Now the outer rim is 100 million km thick (stated in-verse). The only thing we know about the inner realm is that people who can cross the outer rim in a short time (months to a few years), take at least 100 years to cross the inner rim. Now calculating the inner rim's size based on speeds is somewhat impossible so I'm asking if assuming the inner rim =10x Outer Rim is reasonable.
