i guess the rabbit feat doesn't count because it blows away all other feats out the water?
that one is guranteed to have at least supersonic speed, if anything i'm fairly certain it should be hypersonic

That feat is just hype for Toji honestly, and its perception speed at best. There's the fact, which so many forget, for Maki to be equal to Toji, she needed godly senses to perceive and precog Mach 3, arguing them to be much faster just requires ignoring the story's consistent portrayal of them.
