Wow, i love gauntlet actually, they are fun.
Anyway, Ali have 93.8 Tons of TNT while Julius is 27.66 Tons of TNT.
This is fine. Julius can one-shot with Soul Manipulation.
Ali can spins his orbs to get more Power and speed i think, so this might be a problem, but Julius can dodges attacks faster than him, so is good.
Ali have a forcefield, so he could block most of Julius attacks, but Julius can also do that.
And apparently, he also the better fighter.

I would want to wait for more people say more about Ali before casting a vote, but i gonna do It anyway, voting Julius until someone does a argument to Ali.

Another point to note is that Julius can also buff himself and debuff his opponents stats

He can't. Because that's only specifically for his post-data erasure override mode.

Better fighter yes, but he'd probably have a lot of trouble trying to bypass whatever I.R.I.S. Is showing Ali with astronomically higher perception speed.

That would be unhelpful. As Ali isn't physically that strong. His Dura and AP is reliant on technology.

About Julius' shield, it tanked an attack even stronger than one that knocked Wilhelm out, who the 27 tons comes from. And that was with just a single one of his six spirits. I don't think he should have any problem shielding Ali's attacks.

Additionally, his rainbow magic is crazy haxed as it's able to cut through all other kinds of magic, which would include shields like his own and even yin magic which manipulates space and time. I honestly don't see what's stopping him from one-shotting here.

The only thing I see that has durability negation is Al Clauzeria. And even so, would he start off with that against a toddler?

I mean, he's fought kids before lol. But, yeah, he'd have to be given a damn good reason to even participate in this fight.

Anyway, all of his rainbow magic should have those hax and there's nothing stopping him from applying it in a way we haven't seen before either as long as it isn't anything complicated

We've only seen it applied to his sword and shot at like a beam. He hasn't shown any other methods aside from these 2.

Hmmmm i don't think Julius resist Eletricity Manipulation, so If he got hit, he probally would get knocked out.
Edit: Actually, Nevermind

There's also Cranvel but that's beside the point. Magic can be shaped into any form as long as you're skilled enough to do so. Rainbow magic is just hard to work with so Julius can't do much. It's probably unrealistic for him to develop a new ability like that mid-combat anyway.

Julius however has advantage in skill and versatility but to win he is required to kill Ali immediately otherwise override mode would activate and Julius would receive the Subaru treatment.

In that case the result of this matchup entirely depends on the reason they are fighting and prior knowledge they have of each other and/or if they're bloodlusted. And since it says they have prior knowledge in the matchup I imagine that Julius would immediately go for the kill knowing he would die otherwise.

Ali would dodge while taking shots at Julius. A start shockwave would at least knock him out allowing Ali to take the W

Dont forget about the debuff and buff though, that ought to help not to mention Julius only needs to get one hit in to kill Ali
That one hit kill is only via Al. Also, debuff is useless against someone that is physically only a normal human but has higher stats via equipment.

If you were talking about debuffing Ali. What kind of debuff were you hinting at? Because mostly thought it was statistics based.
There are statistic debuffs but since Julius has prior knowledge he should be aware that Ali's senses can be cut via Shamak which he absolutely knows so there is a good chance he will use that to try and catch him off guard.

Juli uses Al clausaria a lot in character and due to prior knowledge, he would be extra wary and would probably try to kill him asap, possibly using it with shamak, add his skill advantage iver all of this and I would say Julius can take this comfortably.

Also it seems i missed something, why wouldn't statistic debuff work on Ali?

I.R.I.S.

But it wouldn't mean much if I.R.I.S. (the goggles he has on his face) is still synced with his body which basically ensures he knows what's up even with the loss of any 5 senses.

He's more of a Child Emperor than a Saitama.
