    Question. Do we treat Type 8 as working only by resurrecting the user as long as something (people, object, concept) exists?

    It mainly came from this thread where a user was arguing that Type 8 couldnt be resurrection and rather just "the character not dying to begin with"

    I feel like this is a pretty semantics based distinction. Some people may look at them just instantly coming back and saying "So basically, they didn't die" and others may be like "oh they died for a bit but are back now". Throw in that the specifics of everyone's type 8s may vary. What is this even affecting though?

    One side is debating that Yhwach passively crushs/kills Bugs constantly (since he would resurrect but wouldnt be able to act before dying again), leading to incap

    And the other side believes that Bugs wouldnt die to begin with since they are interpreting the Type 8 as not dying in the first place (as long as something/concept exists)

    Apparently according to Weekly, speed amps now get equalized or something.

    I have no clue who else is awake so I can ask them, but do you have any clue what he may be talking about? I am pretty sure he's just speaking bullcrap but I am genuinely not sure, am more confused than anything.
