    Yeah, I never really find the 8D arguments to been that strong especially when Extra CCC had never been localized. Only fan translated to my knowledge, but anyway, I still think you have to fighting a uphill battle against the staff members as there was a discussion rules related to downgrading Tier 1 which is specifically why that discussion rule is in place (However, as noted, that can been debated after consulting with staff members that was involved in that thread)
