So an object is spun fast enough that electricity is generated
How do we calculate its angular speed and is there a formula for calculating the amount of watts contained in a volume?

I was told by Klol to ask you about this.
And no, it was not released in other versions. Original Pokémon games were exclusively written with Hiragana and Katakana with no Kanji. That is the reason why initially Azelf was mistaken as "God of Rocks" for the Japanese version because both Rock and Willpower are written with the same Hiragana and only differ by Kanji, since Pokémon games were only written with Hiragana, they couldn't be sure what it was meant.
What you have there is a transcription of the game's text with the Hiragana portion that has a Kanji equivalent substituted by their Kanji equivalent in order to make the text easier to understand.
Pokémon Shining Pearl and Brilliant Diamond did get their texts made with Kanji, so if maybe they added that Platinum event to those games they could have made it with Kanji. However, there are times they just use Hiragana even if the game is full of Kanji. In Pokémon Shining Pearl and Brilliant Diamond the myths are written in Hiragana and in Pokémon Legends Arceus Arceus' lines are written with Hiragana, the same with the Plates text.
