It depends on which meaning of canon you are using.
Does it belong to the cosmology? Yes. Beatrice herself, from the Visual Novel, spoke about the stage play, using the typical roleplay that is usually used to cosmologically connect works in verse.
But obviously, it does not share continuity with any other adaptation of the story.

I'm curious for a long time that 1-A can still have the higher notion of quantitative or quantitative system including dimension the same way as how it works in non 1-A which means the fight between 1-A under the same layer doesn't mean they're equal in terms of power so quantitative scaling within 1-A (like island, city, planet level) is still applicable? If it's, I haven't seen that much.
