Why is Hololive so weak here?

Noticed that the Hololive verse here caps at High 6-A because of this introduction CRT deciding for whatever reason to include only the lore of Holo no Graffiti.

Why is that? The lack of usage of livestreams shouldn't be that problematic as it doesn't break the stage persona rules (I'm pretty sure they don't look like that or are named like that irl), and we've got multiple wikis with cosmology blogs that make this kind of composite work.

We do have things like Pokémon, Marvel or Dragon Ball where cosmologies between continuities did managed to get composited for different reasons, so I wonder what's the reason on why Hololive got this selective, given the difference between here and other places in terms of scaling.

Here, i think it might give you some answers

Weren't there rules about composite verses? Like how Dragon Ball have separate canon.

Back then the content for Hololive was also rather dry (pages were made even before Promise or Council debuted) and the biggest feat being scaled to them was Sora creating a ******* Minecraft server, which didn't seem to be a valid feat at all.

Nowadays it's in reverse where there's so much content for Hololive but first we gotta know where to start from, whether it's possible to make a composite profile and what material can be included in it.

It's teetering on the edge of using the real life person who's mostly not taking the role seriously since they're just streaming games most of the time. The only reason Hololive is even allowed on the vs wiki is because we're sticking predominantly to the animated series Cover Corp have made on their channel since it's predominantly about their lore character and not the person that's livestreaming video games.

Also cosmologies and continuities are not the same as separating the character from the actual person behind the camera that's livestreaming video games. Other wikis deciding to combine the livestreams with the Holo Grafitti cartoon doesn't mean we should do it too, that's a complete False Equivalence and those wikis do not adhere to our rules.

But don't Holo lore have much more stuff beyond just the streams or Hologra, tho? Hologra ain't even really supposed to represent the canon for Hololive anyways.

I'd also take that with a grain of salt, it's not like the streamers don't have say in the canon. Ame became a time traveler, and that just kinda stayed.
At some level, they're aware that they're playing a character. And I'd like to think it's pretty obvious when they're simply talking about the person (what sandwich they ate today), and when they're talking as the characters (Sana talking about space and sh_t).

I'm gonna agree with Glass here. The choice to use only the cartoon was made to limit compositing and avoid even coming close to breaching the stage personas rule, and I know multiple people, including staff, who don't like Hololive on the wiki anyways. Including livestreams is just asking for the staff who ALREADY don't like it's inclusion to begin with to give the verse the people's elbow SCP style.

@StrymULTRA Literally what about my post has anything to do with them saying their IRL name or physical appearances? I'm talking about them livestreaming videogames and using those livestreams to use for power scaling slop when they're not in character most of the time and is just acting like themselves.

I'll just reiterate that the primary issue here is to confirm which media can be used to composite alongside HoloGra (aka lore-relevant media and events, maybe music videos, etc).

Based on these external wikis I think the Hololive profiles are also outdated? I get the feeling that the folks who made the profiles here are related to those wikis but I don't have time to check.

i think the Profiles are outdated because it hasn't catch up on the latest episode i think, but yes. There's a reason why you dont see indies here.
