Jujutsu Kaisen probably does. Hoyoverse has been going through it for a while, too.I don't think there's another verse that goes through as much shit as One Piece does.

Nah JJK gets what it deserves for being too wanky and rushing out upgrades as soon as they find something.Jujutsu Kaisen probably does. Hoyoverse has been going through it for a while, too.
That's true, but what I meant by "goes through shit" is that the verse is incredibly unstable. One moment, it's upgraded, the next, it's downgraded in a continuous loop, and no one is fixing any profiles (not that I do anything to fix them either).Nah JJK gets what it deserves for being too wanky and rushing out upgrades as soon as they find something.
That's true. One Piece has lwk been going through that since the forum shift
Blueno created a Door World, so he's casually Planet level. Hell, he's probably higher because Door World contains the sky which contains the rest of the universe. So, Blueno is actually Universal. One Piece quite frankly just faces an absurd level of scrutiny that I've never seen with any other verse which is funny when almost all it's calcs and scaling i've seen are safe lowballs SPECIFICALLY because they're trying not to wank the verse.
One Piece will be door level by the end of the year (my Blueno upscale agenda)
Oh, trust me, there were ones that faced just as bad or even worse levels of scrutiny in the past. (Granted, One Piece was probably one of them, considering there was a time when no one was above small city level on here, if I recall correctly). One Piece quite frankly just faces an absurd level of scrutiny that I've never seen with any other verse
Yep, The verse lowkey just needs to idek at this point, Lowkey when you actually look at things Any Supporter or person calcing or making threads would wanna quit, Imagine you get a thread accepted after 4 months, It gets implemented then it gets Nuked Some months later And then there is no replacement or solution to the problem. Like i said months ago You cannot Nuke Ap, Durability, Lifting Strength, Sizes Speed and every thing that can actually be used to scale a verse then provide no solution to the issue, leaving the verse in a ????? Position. Like literally what are we gonna do use Dressrosa Zoro Cutting Pica to scale Whitebeard then put far higher???One Piece has lwk been going through that since the forum shift
With the way some people be wanting to scale the verse lowkey by their logic, Hody Jones would still be relevant in current onepiece andddddd I am of The Opinion That whenever Elbaf Is Done, when revisions are ready to be made (Which Honestly tbh no revisions should be made for elbaf if we are still having issues with pre ts Scaling calcs) some people might consider elbaf size scaling or its scaling overall an Outlier or just overall ImpossibleLike I said, everybody will be scaling off Kid Luffy by EOS
Well did you consider that Kid Luffy couldn't realistically hurt an adult man? Ergo he'd only downscale from child levelLike I said, everybody will be scaling off Kid Luffy by EOS
Can't wait for the 10-C One Piece meta!Well did you consider that Kid Luffy couldn't realistically hurt an adult man? Ergo he'd only downscale from child level
I would agree at this point. Like Kingtemp said about freezing the verse, until the end of the series, or just not using earthquake calcs until we get more information on the planet, or a better way to measure the size of the planet.Frankly, at this point, it may be better to stop trying to use the size of the One Piece planet altogether, at least until we get more concrete info in the future.
For any feats that depend on the planet’s parameters, either find other methods that do not rely on them or simply assume that the planet is at least Earth-sized.
And yeah, I know this is a hard pill to swallow, and i don't like it either, but it is clear that there simply is not enough support from the staff members.
Continuing to debate this is only going to stonewall the entire verse for an indeterminate amount of time.
I think we still use earthquakes calcs but just limit to Earth's size for now, while taking into account that its a lowball.just not using earthquake calcs until we get more information on the planet, or a better way to measure the size of the planet.
Unfortunately that's the situation we are now, unless we are willing to freeze the entire verse in the unlikely hope that we convince enough staff members to our arguments.Jesus man, we lowball everything we can and its still not enough for some people. Even the formula for the earthquakes is a lowball, it produces results lower than it should.
The OP acknowledged that Blue can be an exception with enough evidence. The fight isn't over yet.Unfortunately that's the situation we are now, unless we are willing to freeze the entire verse in the unlikely hope that we convince enough staff members to our arguments.
But it doesn't seen like that's gonna be the case at the moment, so the only other choice its to suck it up.
I think figuring out the planet size and scaling/stats followed by a discussion rule to prevent the verse being nuked every time someone blinks might be better. The major arguments against the Blue Planet being big boils down to personal incredulity because "The physics aren't realistic" and a new crt every so often trying to nuke the scaling without providing an alternative, so maybe the verse freeze (at least for stats) might be valid to then reach a consensus, implement whatever stats were decided, then a discussion rule on trying to do a new debunk on the scaling at least until we get some confirmed canon stats or new major featsFrankly, at this point, it may be better to stop trying to use the size of the One Piece planet altogether, at least until we get more concrete info in the future.

Well, currently your calc is just wrong so right now it doesn't prove much of anything.I got Blue to a pretty similar size to the current one using a completely different method; showcasing the consistency of the planet being absolutely massive and yes, I did pretty much plagiarize KT's version.
It uses the middle of the grandline and middle of the calmbet, both the averagesWell, currently your calc is just wrong so right now it doesn't prove much of anything.
Wow, thanks. Very helpful. You could've at least gave constructive criticism instead of just saying "youre wrong".Well, currently your calc is just wrong so right now it doesn't prove much of anything.
What issues? It uses the middle of the grandline and middle of the calmbet, both the averages
Ohh wait... I see the issues now
I did. I commented on the calc blog.Wow, thanks. Very helpful. You could've at least gave constructive criticism instead of just saying "youre wrong".

I'll just respond here so everyone else knows too. Sabaody is in the middle of the grandline and as far as I knew, the exact position of Amazon Lily in the Calm Belt was unknown so I just used the middle.I did. I commented on the calc blog.
Here's how I would personally calculate it.![]()
Red Line (347 pixels) = Distance between Sabaody and Amazon Lily = 88,905.6 km
Blue Line (261 pixels) = Distance between Marijoa and the Calm Belt's limit = (261/347)*88,905.6 = 66,871.3591 km
Green Line (12 pixels) = Distance between Marijoa and the Calm Belt's limit = 66,871.3591 km
Purple Line (505 pixles) = Blue = (505/12)*66,871.3591 = 1,644,056.83 km
Anyway for the sake of lowballing we can assume that at bare minimum Luffy was flying at Subsonic speed, as we know that anything Kuma touch be object or people literally disappear out of thin air from everyone's else perspective, and as its written in Calculations page it requid indeed Subsonic speed aka 34.3 m/s.
Also if we can't prove that exactly 3 days have passed, i think at least 1 day as timeframe should work as we see that during that journey Luffy experience sunset, night and then sunrise, this matter as when he was send fly Sabaody was still in the middle of the day.
1 Day = 86,400 seconds / Faster than the eyes can see = 34.3 m/s
Distance = 86,400 * 34.3 = 2,963,520 m or 2,963.52 km
Red Line (347 pixels) = Distance between Sabaody and Amazon Lily = 2,963.52 km
Blue Line (261 pixels) = Distance between Marijoa and the Calm Belt's limit = (261/347)*2,963.52 = 2,229.0453 km
Green Line (12 pixels) = Distance between Marijoa and the Calm Belt's limit = 2,229.0453 km
Purple Line (505 pixles) = Blue = (505/12)*2,229.0453 = 93,805.6564 km
Nice, to be honest this may be the best version so far, accurate and size isn't that ridiculous for the standard of the wiki. Here's how I would personally calculate it.
The speed of travel:
We can use this part of the anime to find Kuma's speed which should be similar to Luffy's since they are using Kuma's devil fruit.
Frame 1, Frame 2, Kuma's size
in 1 frame Kuma moves from the point of coordinates 1222, 717 to 1217, 715 (in pixels)
d = sqrt((1217 - 1222)^2 + (715 - 717)^2) = 5.39px
Kuma height: 6.89m=13px
d=5.39px=2.86m
The video is 24 frames per second as shown here (The title of the video is misleading).
Speed: 2.86/(1/24)= 68.64m/s
The time frame:
Gloriosa stated that it took Luffy 2 days to arrive to Amazon Lily to Sabaody so that's out timeframe
Sizes:
Scan 1, Scan 2
Distance from Amazon Lily to Sabaody: 172800*68.64=11860992m=11860.992km=449px
Half of Grand Line width: 166px=4385.13km
Half of Grand Line width: 30px=4385.13km
Blue planet Diameter: 505px=73816.36km
Corrected planet diameter = sqrt(1-(tan(35)(505/773))^2/((tan(35)(505/773))^2+1))*73816.36 = 67126.43km
Does that calculator take into atmospheric refraction into account?I've come with another end. The advantage of this version is that it doesn't require calc stacking, doesn't require pixel scaling, uses official/canon sizes, and uses official manga art. It merely applies a canon size/distance and pumps out a scientifically verifiable number.
With the way its being used, I don't believe it matters. It is normally using planet radius and viewing height to find distance to horizon but we already have the distance to the horizon which can be reverse engineered to find planet radius. Atmospheric refraction seems to only affect the distance to horizon, if you're using planet radius and viewing height.Does that calculator take into atmospheric refraction into account?
WAIT WTF YOU CAN DO THIS???I've come with another end.
