Shut the hell up. OPM specially the MA arc is literally stereotypical Shonen. The first fight has far better shot composition and pacing.
If you have a problem with shonen unga bunga then you should be absolutely fine with the Whole of Cosmic Garou part being deleted and replaced with the Webcomic or a Anime Orginal story with rich dialogue writing and characterization rather than all that filthy DBZ knockoff action right ? After all it doesn't get more shonen than that part of the story.
I am assuming if that happened you will come back here to bitc* about how the anime ruined it.
You are complaining about the canon. You are literally complaining about Gaia canon (big shonen energy beams) and Saitama not using a serious move.

Regardless, the problem is that the anime is adapting stuff that isn't canon and thus incoherent with later events in the manga and given the extremely low production value they cannot even do proper anime only content to mend the holes this will cause in the narrative.
