Not really, the "true form" of the Presence would remain at the same tier, while His manifestation, Yahweh, would be inferior to the Light and the Darkness because he is supreme only within his Creation, but he is not the Supreme being of the Omniverse.

Yes, but Eclipso absorbed Foxy, the Deep Change's son in the form of a dog, as well as a juvenile Source and a baby Presence. The Dark Dimension was also said to be an extension of Eclipso's mind.

The first 1-A key seems weird. It says one of the reasons on why he's that level is because he fought Phantom Stranger, but the PS is 1-A bc he fought the Spectre. And his other justifications are just being above normal level dudes.

Because no other New 52 dude scales remotely near that level.

New 52 starts out weak (at least Superman) but they do get more powerfull as the universe goes, i remember him going from barely stopping a train to lifting the earth or stalemating Darkseids omega beam (the one that scales to AM).

Having better feats isn't the same as getting stronger in canon.
And even then, we have too many AF for them even being above Tier 4, not to say that an argument for them being below Tier 4 could be made.
