Yes, but only 1 admin (in addition to thread mods) is needed.
For content revisions that affect Tier 2 or higher, the participation of at least one Administrator in the review and approval process is required.

Probably too late to add right now, but to follow up on Naram-Sin, there's also this, cause dammit I completely overlooked this.

Doesn't look like much at first, but coupled with the statement by Plana that I shared earlier, it would highly suggest, if not notably indicate, that the Ark itself is encompassing the entire infinite multidimensional structure. Now I'm not sure if it's enough, but it would suggest Low 1-A at least if we were to follow the Von Neumann model. This would also place a stable tiering for Aris' own Ark feat which is obviously separate from her normal parameters.

I see. I'm just checking because I needed to see if there's a safe separate tiering for Aris Ark feat as I mentioned before. I'll keep looking.

At the very least, it DOES confirm NEP Type 1 & 3 for the Ark itself.

Anyways, it seems like an unanimous agreement to High 1-B here. As for how the overall scaling will go, that'll take a while to figure and sort out.
 
What make them High 1-B in this case, is their bullet High 1-B or there is a hax that manipulated High 1-B structure? Otherwise their durability shouldn't be High 1-B imo.

There are two particular instances.
1. Students being able to survive within the center of the Ark, Naram-Sin.
2. Aris overriding the hyperdimensional barrier.

I think this might be in a position like with the 4B scaling for Monsterverse, I believe.

The Throne of Naram-Sin collapses the dimensions into irrelevancy. Students are able to survive inside it and students can harm each other.

Also, the Chroma is stated to be a greater existence than the Universe (which is the High 1-B structure) and is a threat greater than anything Kivotos has experienced before. Sensei + Students fight both Shiroko*Terror and the Chroma (which is also stated to be able to cause all dimensions to cease to exist) in the story, so you know...
