So it comes down to whether the shields are breached in a way that gives AP. Going by this statement:

If they just required to be in the same superposition to breach the shields, they really wouldn't need to do it via AP in the same way breaking a forcefield would require an AP advantage.

So I'm still not entirely sure if people would scale to the High 1-B rating, though the High 1-B rating would exist in-universe in some capacity.

I don't think so. Once again which @Qawsedf234 also evaluate, to penetrate the Ark, you don't need High 1-B AP. You only need to match their superposition state. And sorry, but I think your reasoning are kinda wacky. You didn't respond properly and ignore when I ask you, in which scans they accessed into Infinite Possibilities or whatsoever. Only Chroma would "possibly" scale I think.

I think I'll leaning on possibly for that as well. And maybe it can be a supporting argument for why Chroma would possibly scale. Since once again, to penetrate them, you don't need H-1B AP. You only need dimensional & quantum manipulation that match their state.

1. Cosmology should be outright High 1-B from what i see in Qaw comment, though he could clarify this when he back
2. Chroma get Possibly/Likely High 1-B rating
3. Chaos Space get High 1-B shield
4. Ark/Aris get Dimensional and Quantum Manipulation. Though Quantum Manipulation is in the process of deletion iirc, and will be updated in the future

I have applied the revision.

First, I make it explicitly in the verse description about Chroma is the only one who would possibly scales to the Cosmology.

After that I remove:
1. Possibly High 1-B in every profile from the verse.
2. I also remove for each character: possibly High 1-B for AP, Striking Strength, and Durability.
3. I remove High 1-B and the possibly rating for Aris, instead adding Quantum and Dimensional Manipulation to her profile as suggested.
