This is Fox Deadpool vs Regular Forms Kamen Rider Kuuga. Anything higher than 9-A is restricted, and speed is equalized.

I think Kuuga takes this pretty handily

• While Deadpool's a rather skilled individual, I would still say Yusuke's definitely got the skill advantage given his 2000 skills and ability to fight and outperform the Grongi
• Deadpool's AP/Durability is only slightly superior to Growing Form. Mighty Form and certainly Titan Form easily give Yusuke the AP/Durability advantage
• Kuuga has much better/more advanced weaponry
• Kuuga is a much better marksman given his greater precision
• His greater AP, damage boosting abilities, as well as his finishers can easily deal with Deadpool's regeneration
• Kuuga generally has better mobility given his high level of agility/jumping height paired with Gouram
• His armour can reduce and absorb the damage taken from Deadpool
• Kuuga, even in Growing Form, has greater LS than Deadpool. In the other 9-A forms, he has a SIGNIFICANT LS advantage, meaning that Deadpool's acrobatic grappling attempts are going to be much less effective or just outright ineffective
• Kuuga's Enhanced Senses are going to hard counter Deadpool's stealth attacks

Of course there's the fact that Kuuga won't be starting off with Growing. He's gonna go with Mighty, Dragon, Pegasus, or Titan off the bat

The AP difference is only about 1.5 times, but Kuuga Titan can no-sell attacks from monsters that were previously stronger than his base form. Speed is equalized, so if he goes into Dragon form, it'll make him faster and more agile than Deadpool. Once Kuuga lands a clean hit on Deadpool, Sealing Energy will simply cause him to explode.
