I think Yor has the skills to keep up in close quarters and make up for the speed disadvantage

I don't think Chun Li can hurt Yor that much with her basic attacks

Chun Li's kikoshi can blow Yor away since the Ap gap is significant but Yor can fight with wounds so it shouldn't make her that much worse

Yor's poisoned weapons are a key factor here and I believe Yor would be able to win unless I am missing something from chun li's profile
