Yeah, star level stuff is fairly consistent, and if not that then like tier 5 range off of at least fueling the sun for a millennium. The bigger issue is the Low 6-B feat, since I'm of the opinion that the feat is extremely overblown. I just haven't had enough time to dedicate myself to fixing it.

- According to NASA the Sun produces 3.8 x 10^26 Joules every second
- One Day (86,400 Seconds) = 3.2832e+31 Joules (Low 5-B / 7.8x greater than Miquella's light attack)
- One Year (31,557,600 Seconds) = 1.1991888e+34 Joules (5-B+)
- One Thousand Years (31,557,600,000 Seconds) = 1.1991888e+37 Joules (5-A)
Though I'm not seeing where they're getting High 4-C from.

While I don't think there were ever any direct statements of it, it's implied that the sun possibly gets destroyed upon the end of the age of fire. It doesn't seem to exist in the Untended Graves, a projection of the end of the last age of fire, and literally starts to fall apart during the climax of Dark Souls 3. There's also the fact that time shenanigans imply that the fading flame causes all matter to converge on itself, further implying the suns distraction should the flame fade.

That's just 4-C. A bunch of people making one star not die isn't a High 4-C showing.

You’re right, it isn’t. High 4-C comes from the fact Gwyn fueled the fire in a weakened state after dividing his soul up at least 3 main times (giving a portion to Seath, The Four Kings, and the remaining gods on Anor Londo). That would then extend to some other characters with either similar souls (prime Nito, Izalith, and Gael to name a few). I’ve been working on a blog documenting it, but to put it simply there are a lot of characters with pieces of the lord souls or who scale (

I wish I knew how to mod. I love Nightreign, but there are so many balance or QOL changes I'd love to put in the game.

the OST is peak, although got to say, I am a little disappointed not much really changed, like the boss is peak as is but after the massive change that was augur (btw peak change) it feels a little underwhelming in comparison to what came before.
although as a raider main that relic is a must, having it and the augur one is equivalent to raising my health by 30% without any extra buffs (or including a 3rd relic) so me oh my do I like it.

Being able to copy opponents to make as summons, can make an enemies Allies appear invisible to them, being able to HALF the hp of anybody, etc.

To be fair, all the debuffs and buffs he causes applies to everyone
He buffs his summons with madness? Your weapons get em too
He gives your team friendly fire? him and his summons begin to aggro on each other.
He nerfs your HP? him and his summons also get their hp nerfed, etc etc.

Hey, I've started working on Duke's Dear Freya's DS2 profile, and I'm at a bit of a crossroads. Should I consider them a Low 6-B mid-game boss, or 4-C since they're a one of the Old Ones and might be indirectly empowered by Seath's soul and all that.

DS2 scaling is currently off considering the fact no one has ever tried to do anything with it. I have scaling in the works for the Old Ones, so when that comes out she can be updated.
Currently (for some stupid reason), characters with REALLY small fractions of the lord soul don't get 4-C. Characters like Gwyndolin and the other gods who were given pieces of Gwyn's lord soul are still Low 6-B since they don't drop it. That's incredibly stupid imo, but if you want to be more consistent I'd say just go with that for now. The Old One souls are already incredibly weak compared to the Lord Souls, literal remnants of what they were, and Seath's soul was one of the weakest to begin with since he only had a portion of Gwyn's soul.

Ok, do we have calcs for the Frenzied Flame ap & tier? I remember it could reach tier 3 or even 2 and I had plans for a FF profile but I haven't been following ER for a while now

Remnants of 4-C is still leagues better than Low 6-B, which is what I'm trying to rectify with my CRT when I get that done, but yeah, just list her as Low 6-B for now.

I mean the issue is that Remnants is vague when it comes to actual amounts so the best we can really do is just slap a "at least low 6-B like far higher" on her and the oher old ones and be done with it

No, not really. Actually kind of the opposite when looking at crazy high tiers like the Soul of Cinder.
Not to say too much, but for the sake of my calc I'm looking at downscaling it to a 1% value. Might be even lower, but at least hopefully way higher than Low 6-B. Granted, DS2 also has an issue where the most powerful of the Lord Souls Remnants is the first one you can find (with that being the Old Witches Soul on the Lost Sinner).
Eleum Loyce has a lot of things I want to get calced, but I don't have access to any map file for it. I might see if Latin has DS2 on PC since he helped me a lot with Nightreign map stuff (which also I'll be getting back to finishing that at some point soon. I've been really distracted this month since I'm going back to uni soon).

All of the Nightfarers are their own individual characters with their own stories so I don't see why they would. I could see a team style of page that lists all of the abilities they can get while in Limveld, but until we get a few profiles or even all of them I don't see it happening.
They'll most likely start to get made once the Tarnished profile is done and the profiles we have get reassessed, which me and Qaw are working on.

Maybe it's too early but what kind of tier could we hope for at the highest tier? Just curious, I didn't play DS yet but I really got into the lore and might play it soon enough (after I'm finished with other stuff like Lies of P)

I mean yeah even if we take it to the 1% as you say the result would still be in the high 5-A level (since the gap is just that massive) isn't the most powerful the old king soul? I mean it even drops the most souls upon consumtion 75,000 vs 60,000 that all the other lord souls drop.
