Here's the unbiased review:

Here's the unbiased review:

That's a very short summary of everything quite frankly. (Razor had a better summary, but i couldn't find it)
Makima's main win con is her bio death stare she used on darkness devil. She also has a 17x reaction speed advantage so she'll have the initiative.

The counter arguments is that gojo has already healed brain hemorrhaging 5 times so its unproven this would one shot him.

Gojo's main win con is using red, blue or purple since his ap gaps her durability by a mile, any of those attacks landing would destroy her beyond her ability to ressurect.

The counter argument is that he wont get the chance to attack her since she'll kill him with her bio death stare first.

Well if he remained conscious during serious brain damage before it stands to reason it could happen again.
He doesn't need to remain conscious to use it btw.

And this is chapters later when Toji left Gojo's "corpse" rotting there for prolly around hours (He turned in his bounty for cash)

The reason it took Gojo that long to heal from it is because at this point he didn't know how to do RCT. It was once he was on the floor about to die that he understood the core of Cursed Energy, and learned how to do RCT. So now he can heal instantly.

So being conscious doesn't really matter. Not that Gojo would go unconscious when we've been shown characters staying conscious during worse brain injuries, and Makima's bio hax has shown to not even knock out half the people she uses it on instantly (or at all in the case of Darkness Devil).

Reread:

I didn't say it doesn't knock them unconcious.
In the case of Darkness, he remains slumped over in a pool of blood, unable to move or even fight back for several seconds despite being a Primal Fear. That seems more like a Darkness Devil feat than support for Gojo, especially considering that the otherworldly concept that has a significantly larger and more unusual biology than Gojo, above 6ft human male.

It's clearly a superior version of Makima's bio point, unless your trying to compare, the Darkness Devil to the average human.

I mean unless you can prove a different biology or larger biology inherently makes someone less receptive to her bio hax (Which honestly seems like it'd be the opposite to me since Darkness Devil prolly has several brains to inflict damage to), I don't see why this point matters. You've said the "point" is superior to the stare, but have yet to really elaborate why. The only feat it has is affecting Darkness Devil less than her stare affected humans. Though the point is, if Darkness Devil can survive it but merely go down for a few seconds, than Gojo who's shown to fight through worse brain injuries without any hindrance to fighting, then Gojo's not going to be falling to his knees as a result of it. Let alone knock him out.

I already elaborated why days ago.
As for your question, we know the damage spreads out over time, considering the nature of Makima’s attack. With the bio stare, it actually takes several seconds before the opponent becomes incapacitated. However, look at the Darkness Devil panel. He’s a Primal Fear who doesnt need blood for regeneration and has the highest endurance in the series.

Alright, let me try give you a scenario. Look at the scene where Makima takes out 4 opponents with the bio stare, they each drop dead individually right? This suggests that Makima can only focus on one simulated brain at a time. But with the Darkness Devil, instead of taking minimal damage over several seconds like the others, he just slumps over as multiple faces erupt with blood instantaneously.

This clearly shows that it’s a single attack that spreads out, hence the instantaneous damage and reaction in Darkness’s case. You can even see him slumped in a puddle of blood from how much he lost.
And how exactly has Gojo survived through "worse"

Ebihara switched to incon and we got a new vote for Makima. Meaning 26 - 23 meaning we just need 1 more vote for incon grace.

The problem is it doesn't take several seconds for EVERY person to die she uses it on. Some instantly die on the spot. Some take a few seconds. Also are they incapacitated or killed? You were just saying that it killed every person she used it on, but now it's incapacitated?

Same thing as before. Some of the people in the anime clip die instantly as blood bursts from their eyes and nose.

This doesn't really tell me how it's superior when Darkness Devil's reaction to it was less violent than the reaction of people affected by her stares.
And how exactly has Gojo survived through "worse"
I stated numerous times. Him destroying an entire chunk of his brain to regenerate it to recover his technique. He can fight with an entire chunk of his brain destroyed. Hakari remained conscious through his brain being actively blown up after literal lightning traveled through it. A hemorrhage I'm doubtful with affect Gojo in any meaningful way.
