not sure what the argument is, but if it's Zeus can use the punch from 4km away, it depends if he can see or sense people that far away. If he can he could just TFTST and hit them, assuming they aren't able to dodge or react in anyway since its infinite speed.
If Zeus can't sense or see people that far away then he wouldn't be able to hit them (Unless he's smart and pops it off and he'll have all the time in the world to look for that person. Considering Zeus can spam it with little to no charge if he wants he could just do that

Essentially, Razor (in a vs thread) is trying to say that Adam with TFTST can run up 4 entire kilometers with infinite speed and punch someone at that same speed. Is this something that TFTST can do? Because this seems HIGHLY blown out of proportions.

Assuming he has the stamina and general care in the world to actually try which he technically could. Adam is more just wait back kinda guy so even if CAN do it, is it something he is WILLING or WILL do, since his whole thing is to wait for the opponent to make the first move.

We've never seen it used at such a distance since all RoR fights happen in enclosed spaces, but there is no restriction to it not being used that way. Just depends if the person is smart enough to use it that way or even cares to use it that way and if the person can see or sense them that far away.
In the case of Adam no, he cannot since he isn't able to see or sense someone that far, plus he doesn't fight like that

I saw you mentioning cooldown. Doesn't that happen? After the FTST, Ares gives his vision of what happened. And for him, the moment Zeus forgot his fist, the blow had already been struck. Those "seconds" are time for drama and not that it was literally like that.

Loki's backstory starts off similar to Beelzebub, in which people believe he's a cursed god due to his mixed heritage and his mighty strength. Because of this, he's an edgy loner and dresses up like a punk. One day, he encounters the valkyries who are playing...By throwing fruit. Brünnhilde ends up accidentally throwing an entire watermelon at Loki, who catches it with his mouth and eat whole. Brünnhilde finds this act, or maybe its whatever Loki says after, to be funny causing her to laugh. Because Loki is unloved, he instantly falls in love with Brünnhilde since she was the first person to smile at him. Afterward, Loki decides to change who he is as a person and becomes a playful god who plays pranks, such as drawing on Forseti's face or stealing Mjölnir. Loki does all this to make Brünnhilde laugh because he loves that smile. When Loki is about to confess his love for Brünnhilde, he finds out that she's in love with Sigurd. So, of course, Loki does the reasonable thing after seeing this happy, engaged couple and decides to frame Sigurd of crimes. Disguising himself as Sigurd, Loki kills Fáfnir in front of some of Odin's servants. This causes Sigurd, who is with Brünnhilde and going directly to Odin to ask for his blessing in their marriage, to now be in trouble. Sigurd is now sent to prison for killing Odin's pet (Which he now claims that its actually because of his unique body type, according to previous chapters). Loki reveals himself to have been the one to report about Sigurd killing Fáfnir directly to Odin and is more than happy to see Sigurd in trouble. Later on, Loki is shocked to see that Brünnhilde kind of hates him and has no desire to smile at him. When Brünnhilde announces that she intends on challenging the gods to Ragnarok, Loki is shocked and is later seen stalking Brünnhilde during the Incubus scene. He's about to intervene before Thor shows up and killing Incubus before he does. Back in present times, "Loki's" corpse hits the ground, much to the shock of the audience, but in actuality that isn't him. Instead, Loki is a rabbit hiding behind a tree that is right behind Simo. Loki removes his disguise before announcing that he's found Simo.
The Assassin gods try jumping Indra, it doesn't work out. Indra explains that its because he comes from a bad neighborhood and is used to people trying to jump/ambush him. His fighting style is actually designed specifically for fighting multiple opponents at once because of this. His fighting style is called Vajra and he easily beats the three beasts. Indra has no intention of killing the three, but Xanwu and the others are determined to stop Indra from entering the arena, with Xanwu wrapping a whip around Indra's torso to stop his movements. Back over in the arena, Zhuque is actually about to win on technicality, but decides to go against his plan for some reason and tells the announcer to stop. Indra beats off the three gods once more before sensing Zhuque's presence. Zhuque, who brought a camera with him, announces that he'll take Indra on right here in a 1v1 fight.

In this chapter it's revealed that Loki had a strategy going into this fight since the beginning, all thanks to the fact that his ability, Heimskringla, has three hidden abilities. Along with being able to copy anything he touches, Loki can create exact clones of himself (which he did when he created that large army, masking himself in the smoke. The clone has the exact same level of strength he does). He also can share a consciousness with the copies he makes, allowing him to see and experience what any of his army is seeing. His third secret ability is to swap places with any of his summons. His plan from the beginning was to have Simo be distracted with the army his clone created and land a sneak attack while his guard was down. But Loki had greatly miscalculated (which is in the title of the chapter, Miscalculation and Resolve) just how strong Simo was going to be. Now Loki finds himself in a bind; the clone he made had Andvaranaut, meaning that he's stuck with just five summons. He needs to find a way to approach Simo without alerting him in order to land the killing blow. But Loki finds himself unable to think of a way to approach Simo (and the clock is ticking since his copy's body will disappear soon, alerting Simo to the fact that Loki is alive). Loki eventually figures something out and is prepared to show Brünnhilde his resolve. What is seemingly a Heracles clone rushes toward Simo, who, in half a second, turns around, reloads, and fires a bullet at the Heracles duplicate (using his spleen this time). The bullet lands a fatal wound on the Heracles clone, piercing through its heart. Then, from behind Simo, Loki and a Thor copy burst out of the snow. With Simo's attention now on those two, he's unaware of the fact that Heracles copy was in fact the real Loki in disguise, who lies on the ground injured, stating that he'll be the one to land the killing blow.

so since its out, we know that Indra is so far likely the strongest of the apoc gods, although Wukong has only gone 15% so far and there are others that have yet to fight

Probably as fast as Simo in real life, if account about him are anything to go off of.
The bullet itself was said to move at "godspeed" but that doesn't mean much since Loki is basically unable to react to it, unlike the bullets that had a velocity of twice the speed of sound

All of his bullets have the same speed, Loki probably just didn't try to dodge it while in the Heracles disguise to surprise Simo later.
Also I'm gonna try and calc him reacting to the bullet in 102.

Literally just an antifeat. And its not measure of speed this time, as opposed to a timeframe.
Makes NO sense for Simo to be 'that slow', or for Loki to be that slow when hes hyped up as being shoulder to shoulder with Thor and Loki
