Assuming you mean Madara, he only has Low-Godly on Edo Tensei. While some of the scans seem to have disappeared, assuming they are legitimate, there are clear statements as to why. In addition, Edo Tensei's have also shown to survive the complete destruction of their body, which is at least Mid-High, with the scan in question making it pretty clear it's either High or Low-Godly.
