I feel like this wiki is too tight when it comes to combat intelligence rating. For instance, how does it make sense that Garou is only "Genius"? Isn't "Genius" supposed to be the equvialent of top tier people from real life while "Extraordinary Genius" is for whenever they start to enter into fictional territory? Garou clearly falls into the latter category. People like Bang and Atomic Samurai are also labelled as "Gifted". That is basically saying that there are people in real life that are more skilled than them, which is absurd.

That's the baseline for what genius is. Genius also included superhuman intelligence.
It is not though. Intelligence page explicitly mentions real-life geniuses as the general idea of what a genius is while extraordinary genius is supposed to vastly surpass real life upper limits.

ahm...nop, because no genius in earth is superhuman, they are above human, but no super human levels
No I mean that's what the rating includes. Real geniuses are the baseline but the rating also includes superhumans.

Genius: Individuals with an exceptional capacity for knowledge and intelligence, usually in one area of varying depth. This level of intellect is the level of real-world geniuses, polymaths, and genuinely extremely prominent intellectuals, and, in the absence of better feats, should be the default intelligence category for fictional characters with exceptional or superhuman intelligence.

Can someone remind me how canon we consider anime to be? I know that we use timeframes from it but what about anime exclusive scenes? Some profiles have things from OVAs iirc.

It seems that anime scenes are not canon. Specifically, those that were not in the manga. Because ONE once said that, for example, the scene with Tatsumaki, the meteorite and the dinosaur were not canon, he asked the animators to show how Tatsu throws a piece of a mountain at him and kills him like that, and he would say that it resembles the meteorite that killed the dinosaurs. However, they thought that it was about her throwing a meteorite at him. ONE said that if Tatsumaki could do that, pull a meteorite from space, she would have knocked down Boros's ship.

The OVA is canon probably because their entire plot was written by ONE.

Quincies are human
I already talked to the bleach supporters in the discussion thread and they mention all quincies are intangible
