Naruto to Boruto Discussion Thread

though if i had to choose to see a fight among these characters it would def be ichigo vs boruto just cause i think a supernatural sword fight (where both parties can fly) would be visually more interesting than the others.

Ishikki would just end up being ichigo playing a bullet hell game where you have to dodge rods and time portals.

Luffy vs ichigo doesnt sound visually interesting at all
 
naruto vs db fights kinda boring tbh


db claps due to sheer stats and if you equalize stats they get clapped mercilessly

Let’s not forget, Naruto required his clone throwing him to match this Chidori/Sharingan amped Sasuke’s speed. So this is not proof, and even then, Combat/Reaction speed isn’t in question here.

You realize we don’t see the distance covered by either, right? You also realize it’s already been established 3TM Sasuke has faster Travel Speed than Naruto, right? This doesn’t prove anything. Base Naruto has always been able to React & Combat 3TM Sasuke, just not match his Travel speed.

That doesn’t therefore mean he was holding back in his Taijutsu or Ninjutsu that he did use. He also attempted to use Kirin, which surpasses Curse Mark anyways. So your point here is?

Like brother, a Chidori to the Back was his 3rd Move and Susanoo was his 4th. He meant to Kill Naruto with Extreme Prejudice.

So yes, Base Naruto scales to 3TM Sasuke in all areas he ALWAYS did (Strength, Durability, Reaction Speed, Combat Speed, etc.) and Travel speed wasn’t one of them.
 
So Jura is either gonna be sealed in Daikokuten or sealed away via another Jutsu. You can’t simply “kill” him, because as an incarnation of the Ten-Tails, he’ll eventually respawn like the Biju.

Doesn’t that also mean a Shinju Tree that withers and dies will ultimately be respawned eventually? 🤔

It's pretty disingenuous to claim Sasuke travelled a far greater distance here given that the explosion happens around the middle between where they were standing

By definition, he was still holding back something, my point wasn't to say he was holding back in his current states there. Just that he indeed doesn't always give everything he has from the start. Also this is a pretty good explanation of why Base Naruto shouldn't be on par with Sasuke, and no Sasuke being in 3T doesn't matter cause Rinnegan Sasuke always uses 3T in P2 except when using Kagatsuchi.

I don’t intend to sound rude here, but I really don’t have the energy to go back and forth with you on this, so if that was your last response, fine.

From the end of the war, Base Naruto is shown in multiple instances matching 3TM Sasuke pre-Indra Arrow Clash and After.

Now, if you want to argue he was holding back, you can do that, but it’s nonsensical in my eyes to suggest it regardless, being as it makes 0 sense for Character A to hold back in any “significant” way against Character B, when their entire altercation was to Kill Character B w/ extreme prejudice.

So you can say 3TM Sasuke in VoTE2 is stronger than Base Naruto, but the feats themselves suggest its marginal at best, certainly not enough suggest there is no level of relativity, and that’s all I have to say on it, bc yes, that is inherent in your argument.
