I played the games and a general rule of thumb I noticed is that they go insano style on cutscenes and statements because they are less story oriented and focus more on the rule of cool. Not just in the stat department but also hax (storm 4 adult Sasuke is what every Sasuke wanted canon adult Sasuke to be like lmao).
The only issue is that you need to actually win the games to properly access all of their information which takes a lot longer and also means a lot less people are willing to scale them.

Depends on how busted you think his blessings are, to be honest. Some thinks it's actual plot Armor that gives him stat boosts or hax to beat any enemy, but I don't quite buy that.
Naruto's probably gonna have trouble against him if he drags the fight on since he can stack blessing upon blessing until he's powerful enough to beat Naruto, but if Naruto resolves to end the fight immediately, he can probably blitz and one-shot.

Base Naruto has never been = to Sasuke in Travel Speed, and Sasuke was never the thpe to hold back against an Opponent he intended to kill. So that can’t be a valid arguement for that interaction.

AP or speed? For AP, I guess the idea that SM is a better version of CM wasn't convincing enough for the mods. Try looking at the rejected attempts tho.
