The 9-A comes from Cassie. It’s a compromise between his wall level stuff and the falling from space feat that seemingly gets to building level. Cassie’s scaling to a calced 9-A feat of reducing humans to char.

Victor’s explosion feat is just fluff

That needs to be better substantiated on the page. It should be more like "Killed/Withstood an attack from Cassie, who reduced a human to char", linking to the feat for scaling on the first sentence, and the calculation on the second sentence. Either that, or you'd need to give Cassie a profile, and link to hers from Victor's.

You would also need evidence establishing that it's a UES, if Victor didn't tank the "reducing to char" attack himself. And if he did tank it himself, you'd need to provide reasoning for him scaling to his own Durability.

The crossover doesn’t contradict eithers’ lore and both series exist in a world with slashers. That’s the whole premise of Hack/Slash and Hatchet references the existence of others here and there so I see no reason why it can’t be canon

I also thought that was a bit weird, I can't find anything saying that the Hatchet/Slash crossover is canon to Victor. I wouldnt scale them to each other unless there's undeniable proof of a shared canon, otherwise there needs to be a separate profile for Victor's Hack/Slash self

I would also suggest her other feats of preparation such as poisoning the water of crystal lake and possibly the burnings she likely caused (although it was probably just Jason trying to make fire)

Yeah I liked the film despite the mixed review. You should add that he killed a SWAT member off screen to get his armor and that he disappeared into a crowd despite being surrounded by them as a stealth mastery feat.

@Vyfourthaccount I just noticed upon rereading FvJvA that when Freddy resurrects Jason's victims, the dude Roy killed with a belt is there. That means Human Jason should have possession and Roy's profile can just be scrapped or added onto the "Curse of Jason" key. You can add that to your crt

I'd argue this is almost certainly an error, or at the very least, he counts since a Jason copycat performed the kill

At the very least you wouldn't use that as a basis to delete Roy and give Jason whole new powers lol

If they know the scene well enough reference it and draw the guy accurately, then it's more than likely just meant to give that kill to Jason rather than the writers and artists confusing two characters.
And he doesn't have whole new powers, the 9th film's entire plot is around him possessing people - which you should know if you're more than tangentially familiar with the character - it's simply clarifying when he has those powers. So yes, it's quite enough to delete Roy and give Jason "new" powers since it fits with the lore surrounding the character and occam's razor is that it's not a mistake.

You're adding context where there is none. Let's look at this simply:
Jason has possessed people in various media whether by his mask or his heart. He's also a deadite - their whole schtick is possession
Roy's victim is shown as one of Jason's
Now, what's more likely: The writers had Freddy resurrect Roy's victim mistakenly (If he knows about Roy's victims, he should know about Roy, so this idea is illogical in itself), but not mention it within the comic for some reason; or it's just an easter egg confirming that Jason was Roy, which is in line with his possession powers?

Occam's Razor/Abductive Reasoning - Jason possessed Roy. If you wanna split hairs over his different behavior, well, he is blatantly superhuman despite being ostensibly being some no-name paramedic prior to his son's death, smashing through doors and lifting people with one arm, and he makes no sound after getting stabbed in the balls and that only makes sense if he was Jason.
