It's more her hax than her 5d that sets her apart from him, the power nul, clones, time travel, soul manip.
If her Loop version ever gets 5d accepted here and Jason's as you mentioned, It would be sick.

Anyone read the Jason Goes to Hell script? The ending had Steven eat half of Jason's heart and fight Jason, half of Jason's heart regrows to Jason and the two battle, knocking over trees.
You can see a little bit of this remain with how Steven survives several hits from Jason and seems to hurt him at times

I think some of it is usable as the film most plays out the same. It specifies that the light seen towards the ending was from heaven and then we see white lights enter his body as he writhes in pain. So he should have resistance to Holy Manipulation

Maybe. He cut into the Astral Plane, a realm composed of concepts more abstract than regular concepts (whatever that means). He is considered the most dangerous person in the verse, which considers Lovecraft canon, he's threatened his writers and actors in some gags, and he's BTFO people into fiction before, but I'm not sure if that would count.
They might be a bit ratty but there's arguments.
If you stick to moves Penny though, yeah he's getting folded in seconds lol
