If I hadn’t done this under the guise of a joke and had genuinely meant it, yes, it would have been no different from harassment. You’re right about that. However, my closeness with the person (in the past) was such that we were close enough for me to make this kind of joke and yes, it’s strange or unusual, but much of Turkish humor is based on swearing (often in a sexual sense). So, I’m not blaming you—thank you for sharing your perspective on the matter

Alright so this is not from "Akasya Durağı" this is from "Seksenler" but I will say yes there is an actual similar gag in the TV show though obviously it doesn't contain the swear words or those names.

Anyways saying "Amını yiyim mi" or "Can I eat your *****" is kind of too weird to say to someone you don't know well but seeing the whole comment it is clearly just him warping the original gag (which turned into a meme in Turkey recently) into a weirder crude joke. Especially him singing the theme song right after shows it is very much not a serious request/comment.

All in all, its very clearly based on a meme and he is not lying, but he did warp the meme to be more crude. If he was friends with this person before I assume they were trying to ligthen up the mood between them and break the ice but didn't work.

We used to be friends, but as my friend mentioned above, my relationship with them deteriorated later on. That’s the current situation, entirely for now.

I've commented on CRTs, sure, but that doesn't really give me particular context here, in this situation. My time has been limited here, and so I typically wouldn't reply- still, I was asked for, so I'll speak.

I think Lephyr hit the nail on the head on a lot of points. I recognize people have given this a warning pass but I genuinely think a short ban is the more appropriate action, as it's a fairly grotesque statement to make, whether meant in jest or otherwise. I wouldn't lop on more points regarding it being in another language (acknowledging that this is against the rules) due to it being from some show, but it's still fairly bad. Making sexually charged and unwarranted and public statements towards another user, whether as a reference or joke or not, is unacceptable in my opinion.

I would be more satisfied with the report with at least a two week ban being applied, possibly higher.

That all said, it is not my intent to pursue this heavily, as the report has concluded: my opinion, or "help", was requested: make of it what you will.

Pein, I am being condescending (and I am admittedly being harsh, so I apologise about that) because you are stating things that are laid out in the blog. If the rebuttle focused on disputing what is laid out, I would be fine and even pleased as you saw.

I asked twice before displaying any genuine frustration. The chief tone I am displaying is frustration, albeit I admit that my initial response to your third post was overly condescending, and I still am sorry about that.
