From what I remember, the new standards, fiction cannot interact with reality or become real.

I believe Dr slump has 3d Toriyama avatars and then the higher ones that see the rest as fiction

If the daishinkan added space-time to the World of Void, well, it's not something empty, since space and time exist there.
But perhaps we should change the void to space, since the hakai still changes the World of Void.

It's a crafting-only conceptual manipulation that isn't something used in combat, so in terms of VS it basically doesn't matter.
