Hei (Darker than Black) vs Crocodile (One Piece) (Grace - 7 - 3 - 0)

Hei can also neutralize any lethal attacks that Croc tries (Such as the succc.) with his Electrical armor that'll protect Hei from damage while damaging anything that's near him.
Well, wouldn't that just turn the sand into glass on top of him?

Wait, so the armor isn't normal lightning, it's a passive dismantle?
Hei doesn't use lightning, he uses matter manipulation over electrons and quantum jazz.

It seems like electricity but it's much more than that. Read his profile, it does a nice job at explaining things.

So he'll essentially just be covering himself in silica and various other minerals, then dismantling those further?

What....? No, literally what are you talking about.

Also I refuse to interact with anyone with an Astolfo monster can photo so I'm gonna act like this never happened.

You said he dismantles the sand. That is what sand is made of.
Not quite, sand is Silica, quartz and feldspar. The main component would be Silica, so Hei would reduce it to tiny bits of pure silica.

Also when you say "turn him into Silica." I'm confused. Do you mean can Hei turn Crocodile into Silica? The way you word things is confusing especially when both of them have names you can use instead of just "He." or "him."

Don't think Croc's ever done that but Hei can avoid that via acrobatics and his grappling hook (Dumbest shit in the world since it let's him basically fly somehow.)
Whats the furthest range it can grapple to? Could Croc not just turn the buildings all around them to sand?

Also how exactly would Hei deal with his sight being obscured by a sand storm

Not actually quite sure but I'd imagine it's whatever his base range is.

Edit: It's tens of meters.

also i dont recall Croc ever turning things into sand just like that without the aid of ground death, and im pretty sure its never worked on skyscrapers.
He's buried entire cities before
I don't remember this ever happening. If that were the case Crocodile wouldn't have needed a bomb to begin with.

Hei doesn't give a **** about his sight, he fights blinded like all of the time.

Yeah voting Hei here, he has a direct counter to most of Crocodile's arsenal barring his AoE attacks which Hei can simply avoid by going air borne.

Crocodile is also at an immense skill disadvantage here, and given the area which has a literal river for Hei to utilize against Crocodile which would be in character for Hei to do against someone like Croc.

Hei can take a lot of his arsenal away simply by Transmuting the attacks Crocodile throws at Hei, turning them to Silica minerals instead.

Matter of fact Hei can outright stop Crocodile's from obtaining more sand by Transmutation. Hei fought Harvest, someone who can transmute and Deconstruction any elements on a quantum level. Hei's special electricity can halt and slow things objects and himself from being deconstructed and Transmutated. So if Crocodile tries to turn a building into sand Hei can halt it immediately by sending his electricity throughout the entire building.

Hei would treat Crocodile's attacks like they were attacks from Harvest, stop them from the get go either by transmuting them or stopping Crocodile from transmuting more.

Also, if his hook or dehydration hits once, Hei is dead, yeah?
The hook he can Deconstruct, and in order for Croc to do that he needs to touch Hei which he can't do because of Hei's electrical armor.
Crocodile could fight guys who were wiping out guys who had crazy blitz amps, he has pretty good skill.
That doesn't mean Crocodile is capable of doing the same, nor does that translate into being skilled enough to compete with Hei. Hei doesn't need a speed amp to whoop ass, he just does.

Hei fought a war against stronger, faster opponents than himself and they all had a plethora of hax. Hei killed countless amounts of them without any supernatural abilities.

Huh, makes sense, it's a good stealth/assassination feat to be fair, but I wouldn't say it applies fully to an upfront fight
That was a joke btw lol.

Heaven's War was a mix of both, he spent a year or two fighting a full blown, boots on ground war. So there were probably some assassinations but the rest were full combat, at least from what little of the war we saw.

Edit: He was in that war for 5 years, not one or two.
