in a match people would already need two entirely separate resistances to get near her.
also IF sasuke is effected then it will be pretty potent given how many layers of resistances Sasuke has.

I kinda wonder how it'll work since Kawaki clearly doesn't look anything like Naruto or Hinata meanwhile there's this rouge adopted son of Naruto that happens to look almost exactly like young Naruto did.
