Man can neg every immortality under the Sun save for Type 9, has CM Type 1 attacks compared to his CM Type 3 attacks in base, is uninteractible to AE Type 1 beings with CM Type 1 who are even more powerful than actual AE Type 1 Primordials with CM Type 1, can negate Resistances at the Conceptual level (Type 1 yet again) and is also resistant to Resistance Negation from the Flames of Olympus.

Assuming he doesn't snap, Kratos has resistances to a lot of the stones. Reality warping resistance, time manipulation resistance, soul manipulation resistance, etc.

I brought this up earlier but she's missing Non Physical interaction and Resistance to Void manipulation for being fine inside a realm tear.
