I'm pretty sure we don't scale them above Shiki, just that they're roughly around that level off of scaling.

iirc its because the Yonko Commanders can harm Yonkos so they downscale
And characters weaker than the commanders but that can damage them downscale even further.
Pretty much all of the High Tiers downscale from this feat and it's still unquantifiably H6A Because the calc was incredibly high into H6A and H6A is like 6000x from top to bottom.

Not all of them scale above the 1 exaton, some scale unquantifiably below it.
The scabbards, Queen, Sanji, I believe Drake and others scale below.

No... I think you just went about it the wrong way if I remember correctly... Alot of them said he would still be this even if he scales to only that and that, so I do think they know at least they aren't equals... Hopefully... You (if I remember correctly) wanted to Lucci not to scale to gear 5 at all

I put > since Gear 2nd with Haki would be unquantifiably above 217.14 Megatons (which is where base Gear 2nd is scaled to), World is above this, and then the 100x multiplier would make him 100x stronger ( >217.14 x 100= >21.714 Gigatons). So World with his fruit would be unquantifiably above 21 Gigatons.

I do know that his base is at least > Base Luffy, although Gear 2nd Luffy with Haki (Pre RPL) was able to scratch his base and shocked him, so Base World is < Gear 2nd with Haki (Pre RPL).
