ALTERNATE TITLE: ICE CREAM ON THE BEACH

I'm planning on making Jotaro vs Echo Echo in the future but I'm still waiting for someone to confirm on whether or not it's possible. For now, let's just pit him against the gal who managed to beat Echo Echo. This shouldn't be so bad

No story here for now, can't really think of one

  • Beacon Arc Neo and Pre-The World Jotaro used
  • Can't equalize speed
  • Place Located in: Miami, Florida

Stop using pre-the world Jotaro 🗿
If you want a time stopless ghost, someone like Josuke works better, he's basically Plat without time stop but isn't totally useless.
You could even use DBM

He's not the one with the Match-Up thread

Also don't worry, @Comiphorous is planning on making Tricky vs Josuke in the future

After @Baken384 says stuff like this?
It's Baken, he just says things like that.

Hell yesterday he was going on about Theory beating up Batman and Jotaro, or how Yor solos a **** ton of characters she doesn't. And of course, Jotaro wank.

Ignore him when he acts up 🗿

Star Platinum grinds her face to concrete until it disappears lmaoo
Anyway on Neo. These should help with what she can do

With 2 minutes of prep, she can do all the setup she regularly does and even if all her illusions are destroyed, she can just make more with very little effort. And prior knowledge will likely allow her to both know not to attack Jotaro while he's too close and try and catch him off guard with illusions of certain characters

What can Neo even do? Even if she know Jotaro has big punching man, she can't see, sense or even predict its attacks. Speed being unequalised means that Neo has no chance of even landing a hit on Jotaro. A MHS has NO chance of hitting someone with MFTL speeds. And Star Platinum can even blitz characters who are Relativistic while weakened, and without Jotaro's command.

And from what I can tell, Neo scales above 4.34 tons, while Pre World Star Platinum upscales from his Part 4 self, who upscales from 7.83 tons. Akira, who is the 7.83 tons guy, believed he couldn't defeat Part SP and was afraid of Jotaro.

Jotaro easily stomps.

I think Neo might be 6.38+

But still

Neo actually scales to 9 something tons

Just try and catch him off guard I guess. Illusions are pretty good on that and due to how long she can keep them up, she's in no rush to go in for the kill

Actually, she scales to 9.94 tons with some upscaling

She has literally no chance of doing so when essentially she's moving like a statue, and Star Platinum would easily sense when she is coming at Jotaro.

If Plat is up, you ain't catching him off guard, that mf could pluck a microscopic sneak attack from behind (as in this actually happened).
Wide scale Illusions would work, but not targetable illusions as Jotaro can see through Plat's eyes.

Tbh with how fast plat punches he's gonna chug her aura like a college drop out chugs lean

Part 3 Star Platinum (Slightly stronger than Part 4 SP)>Part 4 Star Platinum (Otoishi is scared shitless of Jotaro and refuses to fight him and is implied in the SHA Arc that Morioh RHCP wouldn't survive one barrage from a full powered platinum)>>Morioh RHCP (7.83 tons, could be higher because he is stacking that 7.83 tons to his base power)
Decently strong, the fact that this shit is speed unequal for some reason is strange when Star Platinum statues this MHS person and they were to go close range, Star Platinum dishes out like a hundred thousand punches on Neo under a single breath so, eh. The only issue Jotaro has is heading close to Neo to actually do that.

You could be a sussy baka and drop Anubis scaling in there as The World was stated more powerful than even Anubis' shown peak (as in, Plat got even stronger by the end between mid).

Yeaaaah this seems pretty stompish
Listen, it's the only way I'm getting a match added. Stand speed equalized rules are strange and I am getting desperate enough to follow in on @Baken384's footsteps and begin recklessly making matches

Also with how Jotaro can see through SP's eyes, I assume this means Emerald is also out of the mix? Because her illusions are more-so hallucination-based

Also I don't think AP really matters here. SP is fast enough that any AP disadvantage is useless while Jotaro himself is only 9-B

There's also funny +1 Intangibility

Just make a CRT to get the stupid af idea that stands are unaffected by speed equalization removed

According to Wokistan its bullshit and not even an actual rule
Wait what? I thought he was the one that gave one of the reasons why we shouldn't equalize speed to summons. Apparently it's to avoid situations like this but in reverse when the summoner is faster than the summon

It's technically a rule, it's the same rule that applies to a gun for example, the gun gets equalized, but relative to the user, it's still equalized, but only to the extent it holds the same speed difference it did before. Or how some attacks have faster speeds too.
Same thing with stands ig given there's gun stands I kinda get it
Thank **** tbh, we don't need speed equal SHA being a menace

no lmao

Just don't get within 2m of the dude and you're fine tbh

Neo exclusively uses wide-scale illusions, only Emerald has the targeted illusions

I mean, unless you're outranging him like crazy and have infinite ammo, you're still kinda ******, like in this match. Unless you're suggesting I make Jotaro vs Sniper
I'm suggesting make a Dio match because Dio and TW aren't actually magnitudes apart so speed equal would actually work. :FrugHappy:

So actually no, looking over this again, Neo should take this fairly easily, her illusions should actually allow her to just bypass SP outright

She's literally moving thousands of times slower than SP. She has no chance of even hitting him, especially when SP could casually sense whenever she's coming at him.
