Okay. Though a question on durability, do you have to destroy the whole whale to scale, or does destroying parts of it count since you're able to harm it? Since Salem blasted through some of its walls to get to those trying to escape.

That is not enough to scale, she'd need to destroy a massive part of it.

Salem's destruction was the equivalent of a bug bite. Since that PE value comes from the energy of it's entire body. You wouldn't have to destroy everything, just need to cause enough damage to its body with one attack. But Salem is vastly smaller, and her damage to it in comparison to its size is very little.
 
Why would she scale to it?

How did she make it as well? Did she just snap her fingers and will it into existence with her magic, was it something she did with the Grimm Pools? Was it even connected to her magic abilities in the first place?

Also where was it stated she made it. I'm 90% certain that she did, but I'm curious if that was confirmed.
 
Hm. Reading through more of the commentary and I saw this passage in Chapter 11: "they tried to show that Oscar is adapting more of Ozpin’s mannerisms because he used that big burst of magic in the previous episode (since they’ve said that’s what it does)."

So apparently his cane nuke is his magic. I thought that it was something separate that he made to compensate for having limited magic since it operates on kinetic energy. But no, the fact that the writers confirmed that using The Long Memory caused Oscar to accelerate in the merge means that the energy in the cane is just more of his magic.
 
Alright. So this calc was done for Penny busting through the Atlas hanger door to escape at the end of Strings. Low-End is 8-A (646.89 tons), Mid is Low 7-C (5.01 kilotons), and High is 7-C (16.17 kilotons). If the high end is accepted, it will not only be more support for 7-C Maidens, but Oz and Salem would be Town level+ (80.85 kilotons).

if you make a crt about it add Salem should have type 2 immortally and Resistance to pain

her chest was blown up and she felt nothing yet fire still hurts her?

Due to her immortality, Salem does not bother to defend herself from attacks, focusing purely on the offensive. She also has a incredibly high resistance to pain, able to keep going even when dealt lethal blows. also In "Witch", she makes use of traits found in different Grimm. She stretches her arms similar to the Shadow Hands in order to catch Emerald Sustrai as she tried to escape

Having a high pain tolerance is Supernatural Willpower, which I agree with Salem having. Remember that Resistance to Pain Manipulation is different from having a high pain tolerance. Pain Manipulation is a super natural ability, and getting resistance to it means you are less effect by pain than normal.

Unless Salem is stated to feel less pain than a standard person should feel, than Supernatural Willpower is the way to go.

(Immortality seems fine I guess)

Since this was accepted, does anyone want to make a crt for it along with the additions for Salem? If not, I’ll probably make it later.
 
So another thing I think Salem might have, Social Influencing. We both been told and seen that she’s a master manipulator, how she divides humanity and pits them against each other.

And she employed different tactics on how she recruited her inner circle, such as praying on Cinder’s lust for power or showing how pointless Hazel’s revenge against her is and pointing it towards Ozpin.

What do you guys think?
 
If Aura and semblances can't work in other planets/dimensions similar to dust than no. But if they can function outside of remnant, then maybe, unless Ravens semblance does have a limited range.
