In some translations Kusuke said he got stronger since his fight agaibst Ichigo , at the the end of the foght he lost the transcended powers and returned to his shinigami form. Aizen could've just got stronger in Base.

No it doesn’t, Ichigo is walking up the stairs -> Renji and Rukia sense him -> Ichigo materializes his reiatsu -> no one senses him.

Aizen was never stated to be only weakened SK tier. The scans only saud he could replace SK (which version of SK is debatable) . While monster version surpassed even God. Even Ginjo is good enough to replace SK.

Ginjo’s emotion amped Bankai Getsuga is verbatim stated to be equal to the strongest Getsuga Ichigo has fired off. Ginjo ain’t an antifeat.

Also doesn't the whole balancing the hell thing (if Aizen wasn't manually shutting the maws closed) throw off the CFYOW scaling anyway. If Kenny , Ginjo scales to Mugetsu then their reiatsu should've been enough to balance it out

Not inherently, we don’t know enough about that mechanism to make any claims yet. But following this line of thinking, Ichigo is stronger than both Aizen and Yhwach, yet he isn’t keeping Hell closed.

Then i say we wait. If the balamce thing us true then Kubo likely contradicted CFYOW scaling and that could possibly put shinigami Aizen above current captains in terms of reiatsu.

No one could sense muken aizen tho kisuke said he could stronger because his black coffin now erases instead of atomization. Renji also couldn't sense his power and was unsure weather or not he was stronger. It's a given that he's still transcendent based on the fact he soul crush the soul palace from far away and can use KS without his sword.

Auzen theorised fusing with the weilder is the Zanpakuto's final evolution. Aizen only lost his transcended race powers. He still likely retained high reiatsu and he's a peak shinigami at this point

This sums up my issue with power scalers, it’s the brain dead logic that if power is mentioned it must be AP. Aizen lost the powers, as in abilities, granted from his Hogyoku transformations, ie the Fragor, wings for unlimited flight, that weird teleportation thingy, etc.

It stated he lost his powers and went to hus shinigami form. Logically anyone would assume he lost his boost from becoming a being that surpasses hollow and Shinigami.
Yhwach pre almighty was planning to free Aizen(the guy who could destroy him at the time) who could potentially betray and fight him. Why would Yhwach and sternritters who've been watching the characters all this time would take such a risk?
