Masou Gakuen H×H has some multiversal characters, though I haven't read it. Interestingly I found that we have a single character from that verse and it's not the ultra powerful one...
I also know some multiversal 18+ media characters I won't name here

Though the page was made by Suggs, so idk, probably counts in some capacity.
 
Malenfant would be a based L2-C. Would have acas type 5, void manip, ee, information manip so potent they can make an exact version of someone which so exact it isnt a copy, but literally THAT person, casuality manip, time manip, subjective reality, math manip, high godly regen, type 1 and 3 immortality and last but not least. Time travel.
