Please list the passive abilities of a character

I've been pondering for quite some time on where to make this thread. General discussion? Ehh... Staff discussion? Sure, this affects a lot of profiles on the wiki, but it isn't that much of a game changer. I've seen that you can make CRTs for something that affects some stuff on the wiki, so let's try that.

As the title suggests, a small minority of profiles on the wiki list what are the passive abilities of a character (if they have any, obviously), which is a problem. Because of this, plenty of versus threads get stale or annoying because of people not knowing if the character has any passives, until a supporter of their verse suddenly shows up and mentions it. Let's fix that problem, yea? I've some suggestions.

A) Mention that an ability is passive in the P&A section

B) Mention that an ability is passive in the notable attacks and techniques section (suggested by the lovely @AKM sama)

C) Mention it somewhere else (Notes, making a tabber for their passive stuff, et cetera)

Since this will affect a lot of profiles on the wiki, this thread will need the help of supporters for plenty of verses, so I hope they'll notice this...

This is isn't really a problem with passive abilities themselves, it applies to all things on a profile. The main issue is people created the profile or added an ability without giving is a proper description so people would know it's a passive ability or how it works in general. It's already something that's suppose to be implemented which is why profiles are getting suggested for deletion many times, and if you see a page with no descriptions for it's abilities/statistics, you can easily just contact supporters of a verse and ask, create a thread about updating what seems to be a low quality profile or verse.

Just explain how it functions and acts in the notable attack technique section, it's why it's there. Or if you don't want to do that, which you should but assuming you don't.

Just do [[Mind Manipulation]] ([Scan here Passively deletes memories of those near by]), for example. Or something, there's a lot of ways to fix this.

No, we do not have a proper definition but you could simply write...

Empathy Manipulation (Their presence alone cause those in the area to lose all their happiness)

This description tells you the ability is passive because it's connected to their mere presence of being there. Or if you want to just be blunt sure...

It doesn't really matter which you decide to do, just provide a solid description the explains why it's passive

Just put detailed scans on profile for specific abilities and people will know if it's passive or not by reading scans lol

Abilities should always be described in brackets with scans and feats. That's all you need.
