I just recall there were a bunch of requirements like stabilisation and shit which Arc went and explained after which almost all of the staff (6 or 7) agreed with the upgrade while Damage was neutral. I remember Mitch, KingTempest, Elizaa, Shadow, Griffin and Elixir agreed.

Actually until today they are quite neutral about this, although I admire the knowledge of many users in the bleach universe.
1-) I wanted kubo to confirm that yhwach can use the power of all other quincys
2-) I can't see this universal level of yhwach, and even if I did, it's probably just in the creation aspect, like gremmy did with outer space.

I know. That’s what I was talking about. Yhwach was going to destroy all three realms and what is connected to them, two of said realms are universal in size, while the Dangai is as well, and the Garganta contains all of these universal structures. Yhwach doesn’t have any creation feats.
Kubo doesn’t like blatantly saying anything besides Yhwach destroying everything, Ichigo using Getsuga Tensho and Bankai, and Yammy is the strongest Espada. Everything else is left vague if he can help it which is why he gives us the Yhwach explanation of giving powers and absorbing souls he empowered. It’s a pretty blatant implication of being able to use the powers of those he absorbs.
