S.Shenron having Void is alright (by AKM and Both Sides Debating)

Zeno being able to Bypass 1 Layer of Resistance with EE is alright (by Both sides Debating, haven't gotten any Staff Certification though)

Zeno having Void Manipulation AND being able to erase Voids: everyone (both sides) is currently settled on Possibly Void Manipulation and possibly Nothingness Interaction/Erasure (No Staff Certification though)

What she said, I'm fine with possibly or likely for zeno having void manipulation, nothingness interaction/erasure, which is just NEP1 iirc.
So SS gets Void manipulation.
Zeno gets EE that bypasses one player of resistance
Zeno gets possibly/likely void manipulation and NEP1 [For being able to erase and interact with voids and pure nothingness]

NEP type 1 is basic nonexistence, while NEP type 2 is nonexistence on a conceptual level, so probably not.

The argument doesn't rely on IZ tho, also because Zamasu is only Low 2-C on this wiki

A character could be a void to another character who is NEP 1 and that character would still be considered NEP 1, NEP 2 is a different beast entirely

Zeno gets stronger EE, Void manipulation and non physical interaction. For erasing GoDs, the wov and wov + zamasu respectively.
Super shenron gets void manipulation. For restoring the universes.

I think Super Shenron's ability would just fall under the standard level of Reality Warping for restoring universes, adding Void Manip is kind of redundant, also because the world of void is just an empty realm, not some kind of nonexistent area.

For this reason, I think EE is enough for Zeno.
Bypassing a layer of resistance and NPI are fine.

The WoV didn’t have space or time, but we can assume it was added later on due to the whole warping space and even the time limit. However, it having no space or time is still valid for any feat that happens before time and space were there
