So in those hypothetical scenaries:
1:Somebody attacked giorno and got returned to zero, after the return to zero gets applied is the person still able to move freely or is it paralyzed?
2: assuming that you somehow dodge GER attack and them proceeds to try to kill giorno does only your attack get reverted or does your dodge gets reversed as well ending up on you getting hit by GER?
3: a character teleports giorno to another place can GER return that to zero and make so giorno was not teleported?

Once RTZ ends, they are free to move, supposedely all willpower build up for that attack is gone too so they would need to want to attack him again


if your dodge was part of your attack, like, you dodged with a jump and then went for a drop kick, yes.

1. They can still move but they get blitzed by GER
2. It gets reverted.
3. As long as it is against Gio it will still be reversed. BFR included.

I am curious on the limits of "harm" here l, it is like only direct attacks or things ? like would time stop,or illusion creation work

Only if it comvos into harming giorno, king crimsom's time erasure, his blood and movements before the punch were reseted because they all were related to wanting to punch giorno.

A time stop would be nullified if you try to attack giorno during it, illusions too.

If you use the time stop to escape or the illusions to distract giorno, it shouldn't activact by itself
