Just how souls lose their "heart" and turns into a "mask" Hell turns them from Hollows into Ghouls and their "hole/heart" becomes like a ring outside of their bodies, and their "pain and hatred" become devil horns that come out of their brain. Eww. If no one notice, Sazyel horns were coming out when he was stating that.

It's possible Jushiro became a Kushanada, given that his Zanpakuto is now many times bigger than before and the way Szayelaporro was stabbed looks very similar to the first time we see a Kushanada stab a hollow in the manga.

I have a theory that the one talking about the fish thing is Yhwach in Hell, and the Big fish is Ichigo in the future while Kazui the small fish becomes stronger for his sake.

I really don't think Aizen would even want to join the Gotei 13. The dude clearly doesn't like their rules and deception and his ambition is far above them. I like him better being the wild mysterious card than can tip the scales anytime he wants depending on which side he choses and his ulterior motives.

He didn't denied Shunsui's offer. He kind of answered him with a question, if they will even exist when he comes out. Knowing Shunsui he would put Aizen on a spot where he is free to do what he wants like Mayuri under SS rules, but Central 46 and the nobles would not be happy.

Since the time skip in the manga takes place after CFYOW, did Yhwach's reiatsu teleported from Soul King Palace into SS underground and later absorbed by Kazui? Like is Kazui the new Soul King right now but he is too weak to maintain the balance?

The novels are canon until Kubo explicitly mentions otherwise

Yes, which happened before Kazui absorbed Yhwach's reiatsu. Remember Yhwach's reiatsu been the Soul King happened right after his defeat, before the 10 years time skip and before the manga ended. Chapters 685-686 take place after CFYOW.
