The real question is, there is a noble family that was watching over hell, why would Aizen be the guy to close the gates? Aizen is the head of the Sosuke family the 5th noble family lol
Edit : but also if that's true why nobody knew that putting him in muken will lead to break the balance? I mean there was Kisuke,Yama,Byakuya and Yoruichi.

Well we don’t know really know jack shit about Aizen. He’s probably a noble for all we know. We just have to wait for it be expanded upon hopefully since he has a connection to Hell.

The issue with the gates of Hell was 2 fold:
A) they couldn’t be opened regardless due to Aizen’s immense Chad energy, however his sealing made it so the lock on the doors of Hell were loosened
B) following the TYBW so many powerful Captains died that it provided Hell with enough fire power to break down the already loosened lock

How can Yhwach be the warden if he’s sealed up in the palace lol? It’s clearly a new character.
“All Seeing” doesn’t mean Yhwach. Since Ichibei is also “All Seeing”.

Three options:
1. Ichibei sealed his corpse and his reiatsu (which could be mimihagi)
2. Yhwach's soul could had been send to Hell, after all Yhwach will become a baby again if he stop eating souls, so he may have died.
3. The light novels are not canon. Kubo never stablished a new Soul King.
