Can natsu eat ace in his intangibility fire form?

This has raised a lot of questions I don't feel like I am in a position to answer, and I find mildly discerning after thinking about it.
 
Does Ace's position move if his logia form is moved? If it does, then when he reforms, well?

Why have I been made to consider these questions?
 
He'd get out by spawning in fire in a different location, similarly to how Crocodile can blend in with surrounding sand. Either that or he'd simply turn off his intang before Natsu could eat him, or you know better lifting strength since Ace is getting bumped to class T.

Im not sure, the way that Luffy was eating crocodile is not the same as Natsu does, Natsu Sucks/Absorbs it

Natsu fails to eat him, but then proceeds to vaporize ace worse than akainu (yes ik this isn't a versus battle, just had to say it)

I mean, I know that Devil Fruits have resistance to their own elements, but Natsu Fire is prolly stronger due he being a High 6-A, and Natsu can directly affect the soul of a character

He's definitely stronger than ace, and any one piece character with their given feats, since god tiers cap out at 6-B (26 teratons) and natsu is High 6-A (33.6 petatons)
 
He can but Ace would just regenerate, he doesn't negate his intang only allows him to grab Ace and that would really just trigger the regeneration. Elemental intang is needed to interact with logias.
