The Databook mentions it has the same skills as the original iirc.
Also just common sense would indicate that they function like literally all other clones in the series that allow the clones to use the original's techniques. There's no real reason to assume otherwise afaik, so I'm not sure why this is such a widely debated topic lol.

Probably because the only thing they've been seen to do in the manga is use Taijutsu.

I'd consider it a "possibly" based on the precedent set by other clones but it's not like Limbo are typical clones since they return to the user's body when they're done instead of poofing.

No offense, but I heavily disagree with this logic.
Madara didn't use that many Jutsu in general Post-Revival, and that goes doubly so for when he became the Juubi's Jinchūriki. So do we just assume he can't use any of the abilities he's showcased prior because he didn't get to use them?

I get your point but there's a distinction there in that we have actually seen Madara showcase those abilities prior. Whereas we haven't for the Limbo.

Well, fair enough. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on this one, since neither of us can objectively prove our claims.
It's just that I don't think it's that unreasonable of an assumption, if you wanna call it that.

At the very least we can say "Madara primarily utilizes Taijutsu when using the Limbo, and it is possible he can use Ninjutsu through them."

Reality Warping (The TSBs are partially comprised of Yin-Yang Release, which is capable of altering reality in a variety of ways) which allows for: Existence Erasure (Can erase Ninjutsu, people, space-time, and matter), Transmutation (The TSB can be altered into different states of matter, energy attacks, Chakra Receivers, and more), Shapeshifting and Size Manipulation (The TSB can be morphed into a variety of shapes and sizes), Limited Telekinesis (The TSB can be freely controlled telekinetically, up to a 70 meter radius), Power Nullification (The Truth Seeking Balls negate and erase all Ninjutsu they come into contact with, which includes energy and elemental based attacks, Edo Tensei, and Dust Release to name a few, with the exception of those imbued with natural energy), and Possibly Space-Time Manipulation (Potentially capable of creating new Time-Spaces, because the regular TSBs were stated to be the same as Kaguya's ETSB besides their size) with the Truth-Seeking Balls
 
Why do we assume that 30% clones of Itachi and Kisame only have 30% of their power? That was never stated, it was only stated that those clones have 30% of their CHAKRA, and chakra reserves don't equal AP and Speed. So clones were likely at full power.
 
Yeah, they are limited in strength because they can't use their strongest jutsus since their chakra reserves are at 30%. It doesn't say anything about their physicals. Even if clones have lower AP and Speed its unquantifiable by how much.
 
Its not baseless. You can't prove that "limited in strength", is referring to AP and speed. In fact Damage3245 used the exact same argument to disprove 3rd Kazekage being above Rasa by saying that statement about 3rd Kazekage being the strongest could just refer to abilities and not AP, so I don't know why he liked your comment.
 
I don't recall Damage ever saying that, and even if he did, I'm sure he may have just forgotten that the 3rd Kazekage was referred to as the strongest specifically due to his Iron Sand.
 
Ok so help me understand this. The Ten Tails was originaly a small seed that eventualy grew into a God Tree once it absorbed enough chakra from the planet, then Kaguya ate its fruit and merged with a Tree and it became a BIG Ten Tails, then Hagoromo absorbed its chakra and sent its body (the Gedo statue) into space. Right? So did Kaguya wreck Ishiiki before, or after she ate the fruit? When was Hago born? Is that whole anime filler retconed? Im kinda confused.

Anime filler was never canon.
Kaguya wrecked him pre fruit.
Hagoromo was born after she ate the fruit.
 
Kaguya attacked Isshiki by surprise before the chakra fruit was harvested.

Anime filler is anime filler.
 
LMAO, so in terms of AP: Pre-Fruit Kaguya > Offguard Ishiiki >>>>> Offguard Jigen = Tanked Sasukes kick. So Pre-fruit Kaguya > Momo and Kinshiki. Wow Kodachi nice scaling.
