It kinda does, like, Jiren start with Glare in character, right? What is the range of it? I doubt that the range of the glare is Universal cuz it doesnt even has range feats that are better than standard range, and the characters starts on 4km away, right?

Yes, he does.
Universal. We have no reason to assume this specific technique of his somehow has far less range than the others, especially considering that its from the same power source.

We do? there is no reason to the Glare range be Universal, nor have feats to it, Glare is just jiren punches as we can see, and DB characters are Standard Meele range with normal combat attacks

They're Universal with ki blasts and attacks. The glare falls under those. They're only standard melee with purely physical punches, kicks etc.
And really, not every attack will need to reach across the universe, if its proven that a character can do so with attacks already.

It doesnt, Glare falls under Standard Melee range
Range: Standard melee range, Universal with ki blasts and attacks
DB characters have their Universal range when they don't use Ki control, literally what happend on Goku vs Beerus, thats only of few times that it happend, after it, all feats were standard melee range in combat, there is no reason to Glare be Universal range just now on this thread

The glare is a ki-based attack though, in the form of shockwaves. His glare being part of the Standard Melee range makes no sense since he reaches across far greater distances with it.

Jiren’s NPI works on spatial attacks. Not the kind of phasing MMH uses. Thus it won’t work. Just to be safe I’ll see if I can find some scans of MMH’s phasing being above baseline though.

He’d probably scan to see how dangerous his opponent is, then realize he’s pretty ****** if he gets hit and then finish Jiren. Granted I’m not that knowledgeable on MMH and he could have that “privacy thing” going on although it’s doubtful how much he cares in an actual fight (I mean he targeted Wally’s mind before and he was pretty innocent).

Very likely, I also have a scan that you need to destroy all his atoms to stop his regen. So outdated page, as usual.
