Doesn't this is technically pretty weak(talk about the effect not the potency) Being able to kill if he show his true form to them with his eyes, Anybody with immortality should not have prob no?

The effect is 1-A but he’ll be low at beat since afaik he doesnt go for it a whole lot and you have to look into it.

It kill the body on a 1-A scale so still weak lol, like having 1-A scale doesn't change a thing if it can't affect this. (He still use the soul for other thing so well they don't get killed by his madness)

Mind/Madness hax is incap and Incap is a viable option in a versus battle.

A character with 1-A hax is a strong candidate for this list, but if it isn't enough to fit on the 25 spots, then it isn't enough.
There is no point in saying that it seems weak, especially when the goal is to determine if it is strong enough to actually make it on the list at all.

2747 should be sixth, it annihilates the narrative it exists in, to a 1-A+ scale.

If they have High-Godly to that scale, then yes they can.

It plot erasure is varies from what narrative he is no? Since he have that in weakness too if he begin in 11-C shouldn't he get killed by plot manip user?
Weaknesses: Plot Manipulation, the narrative which 2747 resides in can be rewritten to remove it, this can be done by ordinary humans that are part of higher narratives

Small thing, there isn't really a power-based scale to regeneration anymore so even a 3-D with High-Godly should be able to regenerate from that.
