Appearance: Francesca is of above average height and average build (170 cm/5 feet 7 inches and 65 kg/143 pounds), has pale skin, moderately long white hair going down both sides of hear head roughly to around her chest, she wears a rust brown open steampunk like coat that has beige gear like patterns at the bottom, the coat appears slightly too large for her, parts of it hanging further down, underneath the coat she wears an ordinary light gray shirt with clock like patterns on it, she wears dark grey pants with a wave like pattern similar to that of her Stand on them, the pattern continues onto her shoes, which are a similar dark grey. One of her eyes is dark brown, while another of her eyes is gray, seemingly monochrome, having had this anomaly since she was born. Her facial expression is generally neutral. On her, attached to her left arm, she carries a small ornate bronze shield, meant for use with her Stand’s ability.
Personality: Quiet, reserved and somewhat shy, not a fan of conflict, yet still possesses an immensely strong will, attempting to protect others and halt conflict wherever possible, utilizing her Stand mainly for defensive purposes, both of herself and of others around her, she fights only when absolutely necessary. Her nature shifts slightly when protecting someone, where it shows either a more distinct hint of happiness or of anger.
Staying Power appears to possess hints of its own personality, appearing significantly more expressive than its User when it manifests, showing distinct anger when fighting, happiness when protecting someone and smugness when someone threatens them or challenges them. Despite this, the Stand does not talk on its own, allowing her to speak through it if necessary.

｢Staying Power」:
Staying Power's Stand Ability is the power to "freeze" anything it touches, placing it into a state where it cannot move, be altered or damaged for a period of time.
The time period it will remain this way can be chosen by the User, however the Stand possesses a "cache" of 10 minutes worth of freezing, as such the total of amount of targets frozen cannot exceed a time of 10 minutes, the cache refills each time 10 minutes are expended, but not before then.
A target can only remain frozen for up to 30 seconds, however targeting parts of something allows them to remain frozen for longer periods of time up to a maximum of 1 minute. The Stand can freely undo its ability, but the time the target has spent frozen is not returned to the cache. The same target cannot be frozen twice in direct sequence, requiring something else to be frozen first. The Stand can alter the time a target remains frozen or remove the freezing at will without having to make contact with the target. To activate its ability, the Stand must make contact with the target with its hands or the area right around them, or its feet or the area right around them.
Staying Power's range is 3 meters.
Staying Power is a humanoid Stand, it is thin and has a feminine shape, most of its body is bronze colored, with the exception of its fists and feet, both of which are colored an odd gray, as if in black and white, the color taking up an area roughly the size of a pair of gloves and boots. The Stand's body is covered in a slightly darker wave like pattern, however the pattern breaks and becomes straight lines at the gray areas. The Stand's feet resemble boots themselves, while the fists look comparatively normal. The Stand's torso has 5 distinct dark blue partially circular shapes on it attached that vaguely resemble fragments of clocks, the wave like pattern converges at the center of the Stand, where it creates a wavy circle.
Its face has lines of darker bronze color and unusual, gear shaped light blue eyes, the back of its head has two spinning bronze colored gears protruding out from it, these gears slow down based on how many targets the Stand currently has frozen.
Backstory: Francesca is a hereditary Stand User, possessing one due to the fact that her father was a Stand User. She had lived a relatively ordinary life prior to this, with few odd occurrences surrounding her and her family, though her father was mostly absent throughout her life for reasons unknown to her. Her Stand had remained dormant until very recently, occasionally manifesting its power by freezing random objects around her, when it awakened trying to break up a fight between two students, freezing both of them temporarily, causing them to flee in panic once the ability wore off. Francesca is a student in college studying history and politics, living away from her family. Having only recently discovered her Stand, she has little knowledge of its nature or what it is, though she feels as if it was always with her.
