In the episode Secondhand Spoke, he said that turning on the music and shooting the outside scenery usually works to eliminate the effects for him and even though it didn't work then I think the statement is very clearly so it's should still be enough for Limited-Causality Manipulation right?

While they still retain the regen neg, Buffa's regen is in divergence key. If you use the earlier keys like Conspiracy, he doesn't have it there.
Also Dura Neg is optional equipment, not his standard equipment. And the only other place Dura Neg is seen in is in the resistance.
