depends on CRT for scaling.
Wedges are granted Low 1-A in their true form as a Divine Being.
Veldora and Milim definitely became one, so they are Low 1-A as the Divine Being of Naming
But their physical forms will remain 8D or 7D
So, at best, Rimuru would get Eventual Low 1-A just like how Zamasu can be eventually low 1-C
while Veldora receives it in his true form as Wedges/Divine Being.

Rimuru's low 1-A is vague, so we are not sure what abilities would scale to low 1-A
But Ultimate Skill might be able to scale
