I was reading your recent staff thread, and I had a question pop up in my mind regarding future calcs for a verse I support, as which cases something would be considered calc stacking and in which cases it won't, under the use of some special powers.

So
  1. If we have a feat where character B gets perception blitzed by character A from a distance, despite character B having that range + all his perception abilities at maximum at the moment, can we use character B's known minimum reaction speed as a timeframe for the distance character A traveled to calculate speed? Or would that be invalid stacking?
  2. So we have character C who has, let's say, Relativistic reaction speed (at the limit of relativistic) and he has this speed for "at best", whereas we know is maximum thought speed multiplier (special ability; linked to reaction) is 1000 during that feat. Now, later on, the character gets stronger and the multiplier becomes 1,000,000x. Can we upscale this version as 1000x above the relativistic version in perception speed or is that also invalid stacking?
  3. Let's now say we have character C and D. Character C has the special ability active (its specifically stated) but character D perception blitzes character C, and character C describes D's moment as instantaneous. Can we assume the character C's reaction speed as a time frame for the distance D traveled to calculate D's speed or is that invalid stacking?
