The first bit comes from the final episode, where Grand Zi-O was able to keep his Heisei Riders Ridewatches despite their history being messed up. The second one is from Episode 41, where Another Zi-O II makes his debut, the description is exactly as written.

According to him, the deleted scans had missing information. So, he updated and reuploaded them with the names of the deleted pics. He tried asking permission to replace the files, but administrators told him that they can't do that because there is the danger of people vandalizing/replacing scans across the wiki.
