So referring back to the first scan,

The way I see it, although the mechanics are described as chaotic, the primary function of the ability seems to be sorting through laws. The word "chaotically" in the first scan reads more like a colorful adverb meant to exaggerate the overwhelming number of laws being processed, rather than suggesting that the laws themselves are chaotic or that the process of sorting through them is fundamentally chaotic in a P&A context. More generously, I don’t think the first scan is enough to make a solid rating by itself.

Sorting and combining laws is, by nature, an act of manipulating them. There’s a stronger argument for Law manipulation over Chaos manipulation by itself here, I think. If it's of any value, Chaos Manipulation is already a possible use under the Law Manipulation page. But personally, I view Law Manipulation as the overarching function here, if not the absolute one.

Ultima, if there is a realm of concepts that has all characteristics for the concepts to be type 1 concepts, but does not have any mention of having any of the concepts that can be tiered, and has no mention of concepts of space, time, logic, infinite, mathematic , dimensions, etc., the only things the realm of concept has is it holds archetype, prototype, essence, template, etc., for all things, can it be tiered or will it depend on the cosmology? Or can we assume it has concepts like space, time, dimensions for it to be low 1A or 1A since it has concepts for all things?

I loved The Two Towers (enough to finish it in one sitting when I was like 11), and just couldn't get into the other books at all.

Also, the LoTR films are good, but I can't sit through any of The Hobbit trilogy.

No worries! The Two Towers is a good read, most popular of the three I think.

If you want to try and get back into it, normally I'd recommend from the beginning but you tried that. So, maybe move onto Return of the King? It's a lot more active than the Fellowship and wraps up the loose ends of the Two Towers nicely.
